An excellent work out for people of all ages and abilities. In addition to the standard benefits of any exercise, the use of water in Aqua Fit supports the body and reduces the risk of muscle or joint injury.

At Plunge! we offer Deep End Aqua Fit in our action pool. You will perform cardio exercises non-impact exercises such as: drills, cycling, skiing and running with flotation.

In addition to the physical and mental health benefits Aqua Fit offers socialization with like minded people.

DATE NIGHT!
Take some time for you while your kids play.
Thursday & Friday Nights


Drop off anytime 5 pm and on
Pick up no later than 9 pm

COST:
One Child $30.00
2nd Child add $20.00
3rd Child add $15.00

Children Aged 4 to 12. Activities will take place at Plunge! including arts, crafts, swimming & park play. Children will be supervised & engaged by Qualified Employees. Drink & Snack will be provided.
