Q: What is the difference between High Tide and Low Tide?
A: High and Low tide is our pricing system for our peak and non-peak hours. When we are expected to be busier (holidays, weekends etc.) we need to have additional employees, supplies and chemicals in order to ensure that your time at Plunge! is clean and safe. Our prices reflect this.
A: While we are in High Tide we require that all persons, with the exception of children under two years old, pay to enter the facility. The reason for this is to ensure that a non paying customer (observer) is not taking the spot of a paying customer later. During our Low Tide hours and swimming lessons observers can enter the pool deck to observe for no charge.
A: There are lockers here at Plunge! We do not provide a lock for the lockers or rent locks. Guests are welcome to bring their own lock, or purchase a lock for $7.08+HST. Guest are also welcome to bring their valuables out on the pool deck with them. Please note that Plunge! is not responsible for any lost stolen or damaged property.
A: Yes! Plunge! does provide one towel for each paying guest that comes to the pool. The towel is included in the price of admission.
A: Yes. Plunge! is a public facility and all persons entering the facility pay an entrance fee.
A: Yes. We offer a 20% discount on Plunge! Season Passes for Blue Mountain Season Pass Holders. Pass Holders must show a current Blue Mountain Season Pass to receive the discount on their Plunge! Season Pass. Normal rates apply on regular entrance fees
A: Members of BMVA receive a 30% discount on merchandise (swim suits, goggles etc.) and on Plunge! Seasons passes.
A: Residents of The Town of the Blue Mountains, Meaford and Collingwood receive 20% off Season Pass purchases.
A: Please contact one of the Hotels in the village for room information. The Westin Trillium House Blue Mountain and Blue Mountain Resorts sell Stay and Plunge! Family packages.
A: No. In the event of rain the pool does not close. If thunder and lightning is noticed from the pool deck. The pool and spas must be closed for 20min. Should the lightning persist longer then 1 hour a rain check will be issued for your next visit. Please see our full rain check policy here.
A: If one of the auxiliary pools (Action pool or Splash Pad) or features (Tarzan rope, slide etc.) closes we will not issue a rain check. If the main pool closes due to a fouling a rain check will be issued. Please see our full rain check policy here.
A: No. We do however have a selection of bathing suits for sale.
A: Yes. The outside pools are heated and open year round.
A: We maintain the pools at 87F and the spas at 104F.
A: Yes. We have lifejackets on the pool deck we loan on a first come first serve basis. Guest of Plunge! are also welcome to bring their own lifejackets or other flotation devices. We also sell water wings in our Tuck Shop.

A: Plunge! has snack and Coke vending machines. Please note that food and drinks (with the exception of water in a non-glass container) are not allowed on the pool deck. There is a wide range of take out and dining restaurants located in the Village at Blue within a minute walk from Plunge!
A: Yes. As long as your wrist band is still valid for that day you are welcome to come and go as you please. You will be required to show your wrist band to a member of staff before re-entering the facility.
A: Yes we sell Green, White and Year Round Plunge! passes

A: Day Camps receive special pricing at Plunge! We charge $8 plus HST per camper. We do not charge for 1 counselor for every 8 campers. You must book your camp in advance to receive this rate.
A: Yes! Plunge! offers a Summer Day Camp during the Summer Holidays for children ages 4-12. Click here!
