Rain Check Policy


In the event of a closure of any kind, guests will be notified of the closure prior to purchasing a pass to enter the Aquatic Centre.


Please be advised of our procedures under the following circumstances:

In the event of a splash pad closure, no passes, refunds or discounts shall be granted as the rest of our facility will be in full operation.

In the event of an action pool closure, no passes, refunds or discounts shall be granted as the rest of our facility will be in full operation.

In the event of an indoor and/or an outdoor spa closure, no passes, refunds or discounts shall be granted as the rest of our facility will be in full operation.

In the event of a feature (mushroom, bubble pad, waterslides, Tarzan rope, diving platform) or multiple feature closure, no passes, refunds or discounts shall be granted as the rest of our facility will be in full operation.

In the event of a main pool (indoor/outdoor pool) closure due to a pool fouling you will be issued a pass for your next visit.

In the event of inclimate weather; thunder or lightening noticed from the pool area the pools and spas must be closed for 20 minutes. If thunder and lightening persists for more than 1 hour you will be issued a pass for your next visit of equal to the pass purchased. No passes, refunds or discounts shall be granted before this 1 hour mark. Guests who purchase a Full Day pass will not be issued a pass for their next visit unless the closure prolongs for longer than 3 hours.

Please bring your original receipt to the front desk and a pass of equal value to the pass purchased will be provided.

Passes must be presented to gain access to Plunge! Lost or stolen passes will not be re issued. Passes have no cash value.
